Very pleasant ambience, especially considering the Hyderabad summers! Staff are very friendly and courteous. They offer both Thali and Ala carte options, we opted the latter. We tried Patra, but it was a bit on the sweeter side, not very appetizing for our south indian palette. Khaman dhokla was excellent. Main course dishes were also very good, with a balance of flavours. Overall a very good place for vegetarian food, with a cool and soothing ambience. Ambience is very good with lighting, plants and pleasant to sit and enjoy. Waiters were good at their job. They were watching us in case if we need any serving. I appreciate their affort to keep us somewhat sane during our wait period. Service is too slow for very basic order as Panneer, Vegetable curries with Paratha, Naan and roti. We have waited for 45 mins. No one from kitchen approached us to explain the delay. When we asked manager for for the reason, there is no answer too. We have planned to order other menu items, along with desserts and mocktails. But we lost appetite and interest. We asked for compensation because they messed up the Paratha (Ordered vegitable one, but they gave Panneer one) and too much delay. First they said it is not possible to give any compensation. After insisting again, manager said that he will pay our bill as in we couldn't pay the amount. We did expected sensible reason for delay and acknowledgement for part of their mistake. May be I expected too much from them. At end, we paid in full since we felt this might be pinned on persons who are not responsible for the delay. If you are looking for Instagram worthy photos of group or food then I would recommend this. Else you have to go with regular dishes otherwise your order might get delayed during peak hours. Peak hours shouldn't matter: If they plan their kitchen, service and menu correctly. Expected much and left with disappointment. We specifically asked for Vegetable Paratha but they served with Panneer.

Very inviting place and the supervisors were handling everyone with care and love not being hard and strict on people. Coming to the main point the food was awesome, we usually go to the place Tatva but this has much more options and also tastier food. The ambience was nice and spacious unlike Tatva which is usually cramped.
