Went here for first time. After looking at photo online was expecting a great place but was not as per my expectations. Food was delicious. But need to improve on service. Live music was outstanding. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹600–800

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Heads Up - Sky View Dining & Bar The rooftop ambiance is simply breathtaking, offering stunning views of Pune’s skyline that make the entire evening feel special and luxurious. It’s the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, or enjoy a memorable night out. The food was exceptional — beautifully presented, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish we tried was delicious and satisfying. The cocktails were equally impressive — refreshing, well-balanced, and crafted to perfection. What truly stood out was the outstanding service. A special mention to Ms. Toka, the Floor Manager, for her professionalism and attentiveness. She ensured smooth service, regularly checked on guests, and handled everything efficiently, which clearly reflects strong floor management and a true customer-focused approach. Her leadership and presence made the entire experience even more pleasant. The rest of the staff were equally courteous and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a place in Pune with amazing views, great music, delicious food, and top-notch service, Heads Up - Sky View Dining & Bar is a must-visit.
