One word: Pathetic! I ordered a mango milkshake which was nothing but an artificial mango ice cream blended with some milk. Coming to the ambience and management, talk about it. There was a rat under my table. I complained to the staff about it and they casually laughed and told me that it roams about in the entire restaurant. Sick! Next time you go there, don't be surprised to see that rat under your table.

The best ice cream cafe's with the best customer service. The ice creams here are good, delicious and natural. Fruit exotica and seasonal mango are my favourites. The cafe has even more delicious ice creams.

Night shifts, winters and craving for ice-cream is how I landed here. Via Rd.2 is a food court and it is a savior for foodies like me.
My verdict - AWESOME! Simply amazing. Tried two items from their menu and simply loved it.
Whatever type you order, they fill up your ice-cream tub with generosity.
We ordered fruit exotica and they literally filled it with fruits inside and topped with the same and also nuts and chocolate sauce - when we asked them to as these are not a part of it in the menu.
We repeated our order because we loved it sooo much.
Edit 2: We went there again and ordered Chcoo-Holic Sizzler. Looked Oh! So freaking tempting! I was drooling over it!
I would rate it a 3.5/5 but definitely worth trying at least once.
