Disappointing to say the least. Back in the day Fusion 9 used to be the go to place for good food. The waiters were unable to answer basic questions. The food was average. The only thing that remained unchanged was the pricing. Still expensive, but for average food.

Shake Stir Muddle by Fusion 9 is classy, cozy, and chilled out. No dance floor. And no DJs. This is a place to sit, relax, and unwind over a couple of #cocktails. Every #cocktail is available in two variants - with domestic liquor and premium #IMFL. Priced at Rs. 295 and Rs. 360, both options are easy on the pocket. These guys love their TV shows and the drinks are named after pop culture sensations like #BreakingBad and #StrangerThings. The bar stocks a whole range of #bitters and relies heavily on ingredients made at the bar from scratch instead of sugary syrups. The cocktails are low on sugar yet delicious and pack a punch. The grub is a great mix of small plates. Spice lovers will relish the Laal Maas Kulcha, Kerala Coconut Chilli Tenderloin, and Butter Chicken Vol au. But my favourite were the Baked Clams and the platter of Pork Cold Cuts (Honey Glazed Ham, Smoked Ham, and Pepperoni) and Cheese (Brie, Gouda, Smoked Cheese).
