One of the most unpleasant experiences I had was on January 1, 2026. We reserved a table for about 14 people with children using a district coupon on Zomato at 1:45 PM. Although we were excited, we were let down by the cramped space and dark theme, making it uncomfortable to sit. The starter is decent but lacks variety, as there are only a few dishes available to us. We couldn't finish because of the crowd; the staff kept urging us to leave quickly. We told them it would take 5 minutes, but they continued to ask us repeatedly. Finally, we went outside the hotel and sliced the birthday cake. We anticipated a charge of 600+ per person, but they are invoicing us about 890 per head, and for children, they billed around 399+. Lastly, key points include that they won't permit us to make payments via district Zomato. They require payment via debit or credit card, so we didn't receive any discount either. If anyone is interested in experiencing this location, please consider and visit. The price at Barbeque Nation or black Pearl Buffet is extremely good.
