I’m a regular customer of Hatari Restaurant and we’re really fond of this place…I enjoyed the foods and hospitality of this restaurant at Rashbihari Avenue outlet so many times but last day I went to Madhyamgram outlet and after the lunch one of the waiters opened the bill book twice in front of us even after knowing we’ve already paid via QR code…and they also mocked at back(which was clearly audible)…which I found is very insulting to us. Offering tips might not be possible sometimes but someone shouldn’t forget their basic etiquette.
