**Review for Haribhavan Restaurant (Brookefields Branch):** I recently visited Haribhavan Restaurant at Brookefields with my kids last Sunday. I ordered *Mushroom 65* and *Plain Biryani*. To my shock, I found a **metal string (the type used for washing vessels)** wrapped around one of the fried mushrooms. I immediately informed the counter staff and returned the dish. Even after bringing it to their attention, **no refund has been issued so far**, and there was no proper apology . I am extremely disappointed by this level of service and the **serious lapse in food safety**. Finding a metal object in food is unacceptable, especially in a reputed restaurant. I hope the management takes strict action to maintain hygiene and ensure such incidents do not happen again. Customers, please be cautious when dining here.
