Extremely bad service from an outlet of a reputed franchise. It seemed like the guy didn't want to sell the waffle. It takes too much time to get the waffle once the order is placed. I have had waffles from various outlets of Belgian waffles but this outlet is the worse. And most of the waffles are out of stock. Whichever I wanted it was not there. This outlet is ruining the name of a gooe brand. Better to change the guy to avoid loosing customers. The outlet is in food court inside Brookfield mall.

Change salesperson/staff Whenever I place an order for waffles, he either says batter is not ready or fridge is not working or he will not work or it will take one hour. Request the owner to change the staff or lose customers once and for all. This happened at Brooks , food court coimbatore. Service: 1
