Complaint:I was denied entry at Hard Rock Cafe Chennai on 15th june because I showed a soft copy of my age proof instead of a hard copy. In today’s digital world, soft copies of official IDs are widely accepted. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and was very disappointing. Kindly consider updating your policy to accept digital documents.
