I ordered the Deluxe Thai Chole Combo, but it was quite disappointing. All the gravy dishes in the thali were excessively salty, and did not taste good and the rotis were too oily. 1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience with Unacceptable Food Quality I visited HAR HAR CAFE today with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The food tasted stale and had a rancid flavor, which I later discovered was due to the use of spoiled oil. The kachori and vada I ordered was greasy and had an unpleasant smell. Using spoiled oil is unacceptable and poses serious health risks to customers. I'm extremely disappointed with HAR HAR CAFE for compromising on food quality and safety. Unless they revamp their kitchen practices and ensure fresh ingredients, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. # Tips for Improvement: 1. *Use fresh oil*: Regularly change and filter cooking oil to prevent spoilage. 2. *Train staff*: Educate waiters and kitchen staff on food safety and quality control. 3. *Quality check*: Implement a rigorous quality check process to detect and prevent subpar dishes from being served. These place plays very smart trick while delivering. First they will keep swiggy items open , when u place the order , they will say few items are not available and then ask u to modify the order . After that based on the modified order they will send you half the items . my initial order was 2 samosas and 2 kachori then the order got modified to chole bhature and 2 samosas , and what u get is half ur order . Then u speak to the store , what do u hear by so called rude Lady , i dont pack things . This lady who attends the call for this restaurant is such a rude lady that she argues and misbehaves with everyone. They are scamming people by doing all bad tricks and that too for petty issues . I would nt have written here unless it was a repetition. This lady has done this multiple times. God knows how many people this lady scams everyday Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 1
