I recently ordered Chicken Tandoori, but it was extremely salty and slightly burnt. Even the accompanying onions were overly salty. I raised this concern at the billing counter, and they provided a replacement free of charge. However, the replacement dish was also very salty and of poor quality. When I informed the billing counter again, I unfortunately faced the same issue without any proper resolution. This was very disappointing, and I expected better quality and service. I recently visited Hangouts, Saibaba Colony, and unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing. I usually order shawarma from here, but on this visit, it was not up to the mark in terms of taste and overall quality. It didn’t match the standard I was expecting. The service was very poor. It took quite some time for a staff member to even come and take our order, and after placing it, there was a long delay in serving the food. The waiting time was frustrating and affected the overall experience. What disappointed me the most was that I had specifically requested less spicy gravy, as it was for my child. However, the dish was served with four chillies, making it too spicy and impossible for my kid to eat. It clearly showed a lack of attention to customer requests. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service or the food quality during this visit. I hope the management improves their service speed and pays more attention to customer preferences in the future. Food was ok, for price you pay, the quantity served is less. Very slow service. The atmosphere was also ok, a couple of cats running under the table & sometime near your seating.
