I wish if there was an option to give a Zero rating for this place! My wife booked a candle light dinner for us on the valentine's day Feb 14 -2025. We were excited and happy until we reached the place, it was a complete choas out there in the cafe. The management and staff completely failed to attend and coordinate the dinner. We have booked our slot at 8.30 , and they kept us waiting until 10.30 for the food! Even after continuous follow ups for the food the staff kept us saying "Five minutes Sir!" And we were starving! There were many like us who were waiting and tired! They just spoiled the complete happiness and mood of the day! Advice to the management: Never organize such events if you are not able to handle or manage it! Please avoid going to this place! Never again to this cafe!! The ambiance is extraordinary and pleasant. I love the cave vibe of this place. The food was very good and tasty. The hospitality by Anil was kind and friendly.
