All the visitors like wonderful Indian cuisine at this restaurant. Ordering good chole bhature, bhaji pav and turkey is what many guests advise. Tasty gulab jamun is among the dishes to be tasted at Haldiram's.

The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Enjoyable service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. This spot provides meals at appalling prices. The peaceful atmosphere will be really just what you need after a long working day. I recently visited the new Haldiram’s outlet in Indore, located near C21 Mall, and overall, my experience was a mix of the familiar and the unexpected. As a frequent visitor to various Haldiram’s outlets, I was pleased to see that the new branch maintains the same ambiance and quality standards that the brand is known for. The staff were courteous and the environment was clean and inviting, which are hallmarks of the Haldiram's experience. Upon arrival, I decided to try a variety of items to get a comprehensive feel for the menu. The chaats, as always, were delightful—fresh, tangy, and bursting with flavors. The sweets section also did not disappoint; each piece was a perfect blend of taste and texture, staying true to Haldiram’s reputation for delectable desserts. However, my main focus was on the thali, which I hadn’t tried at this particular outlet before. Unfortunately, this is where my experience took a downturn. The thali at this outlet seemed to have a different approach compared to others. The presentation was decent, but the taste did not meet my expectations. The curries lacked the depth of flavor I usually associate with Haldiram’s, and the overall balance of spices seemed off. The roti was a bit hard, and the rice was not as fluffy as it should be. This was quite disappointing given my past positive experiences with their thali at other locations. In summary, while Haldiram’s new outlet near C21 Mall in Indore upholds many of the brand’s standards in terms of ambiance and service, the thali left much to be desired. I would recommend this outlet for their snacks and sweets, which are consistently good. However, if you are specifically looking for a fulfilling thali, this might not be the best choice. I hope they can bring the thali quality up to the level of their other offerings in the future.
