recently visited Pizza Hut at Malhar Mega Mall and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered two items: Cheese Garlic Bread and Veggie Supreme Garlic Bread. Firstly, the pricing felt quite high for what was served. The Veggie Supreme Garlic Bread was especially underwhelming as it only had onions and capsicum, which did not justify the “supreme” label at all. The toppings were extremely minimal and lacked variety. Secondly, the quality and taste were very poor. The garlic bread did not taste fresh and was honestly the worst garlic bread I’ve had so far. It lacked proper flavor, seasoning, and the overall texture was not satisfying. Another major issue was the waiting time. It took around 20 minutes just to prepare garlic bread, which seemed unnecessarily long considering it is a basic menu item. I did not expect such slow service from a well-known brand like Pizza Hut. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing in terms of value for money, food quality, and service time. I hope the management at the Pizza Hut Malhar Mega Mall outlet works on improving both their food quality and service efficiency. Would not recommend based on this experience.
