To start the staff does not know what is available and what is not. For a simple thing like Masala Shikanji they took half an hour to understand weather they have the bottle or not.Then they served the same which was not hot. Masala Shikanji which is hot, On top of that they were justifying that why they dont have a cold one. The staff does not have any knowledge. It is better to close down the outlet or hire some people who are experienced and understand what needs to be served cold.

We came in here on Repulic day to wait for the Mall to open. This is my first time in Haldiram's Mithai Shop and Showroom. From Singapore, we only know them for their packed murukums and sweets. Looking at their offerings, I almost want to spend my whole day, 3 meals here. In the end, we had some chaats and sweet with some chai and drinks. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible experience at Haldirams, DLF Mall of India. Though I went to grab a quick sandwich, I ended up spending more than 2 hours because of the horrible service. Initially the sandwich took almost half an hour to arrive. When it did arrive, I saw the server handling the food with his hands — incensed, I complained about him and the server simply acted surprised without understanding he isn’t supposed to touch the food he’s serving. Then, the replacement sandwich took another hour to be served. Also, the ambience and place are a chaotic mess. Nobody is cleaning the floors or the tables and if something spills, it stays as it is. Extremely dirty place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
