At once Haldiram's used to be a good brand. But now they don't provide service. I purchased 2 plate Golgappas and received only 1 bowl of water to consume. I should have actually received 2. Upon asking the person for more water he refused to provide me with more water. This was the case in both take away and dining. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Firstly if you guys don't have anyone to make food then why do u accept the order..they told me they don't have guy to make the food..they were arguing with me when it was not my fault they were very rude. And secondly when finally after so much of argument they served me burned veg manchurian..I paid for this useless food..don't come here to eat they need to educate their employees. Terrible service. Worst staff ever. So many items were not available. The cashier was saying it isn't available but the staff on the food counter was saying it is , no coordination at all. Have to wait so long at the counter to get your food, no proper queue even for that you'll have to stand the whole time near the counter and request them again and again to prepare your food. The staff is very slow and lazy. If you go sit and wait for your order they'll not be preparing it. If there's an option for 0 stars, I would have given that.
