Recently ordered some food from this outlet and the food quality was extremely poor. Pani puris were all broken and literally dripping oil. Onion kachori were ice cold, extremely oily and tasted too bad. Tikki was fine but the paneer cubes tasted sour as if went bad or stale. I would urge this restaurant to conduct an audit on the food items.

Ordered Papdi chat. It's cost 160rs. But it was the worst. Papdi was so hard. And there was like few papdi, and curd over that and kuch anar. Bas. No bhujia and no flavours at all. Atleast it doesn't justify 160rs. Food: 1 Service: 1

BTW is a really good place to eat but this time the food was not so good. The potato used in our dishes were not fresh at all and it looked like the dish was made in a hurry. Our dish tasted sour manly due to the potatoes. I don't know if this was a mistake or not but I will hope that the BTW team will do better in the future.
