Today i visited Hakka Mama restaurant with my college friends after this covid situation we all got together and planned to visit hakka mama restaurant the only reason is we was willing to have Chinese food at somewhere near bandra station and hakka mama was perfect place to visit.FOODHAKKA MAMA CHILLI CHICKENIt was served very nicely like homestyle diced boneless chicken, green chillies, capsicums and onions tossed with soy and chilli sauce and it was sweet, spicy & slightly sour crispy appetizer.SINGAPORE CHICKEN NOODLESNoodles tossed with mix soy sauce, sugar, curry powder chilli garlic sauce, vegetables and chicken. The Noodles colour was yellow and it was scrumptious in taste.CHICKEN FORTUNE RICEThe Rice with Exotic Vegetables like capsicum, baby corn and Chicken and it was served with Singapore sauce the combination was too good like two people can have it, It was the proper Chinese dish to have in this restaurant as a mains.NEWYORK CHEESECAKENew York cheesecake was creamy, smooth texture. It's rich, dense and tall with a flat top exactly how I like my cheesecake. It's made with cream cheese, egg yolks and heavy cream or sour cream, to add richness and a smooth consistency.AMBIENCE & SERVICEAmbience is too good and decent silent music at the background and the Staff is way too good like they was taking proper precautions when we entered the restaurant they gave us hand sanitizer and they were continuously wearing a mask and recommended us some good dishes from the menu all over my experience with my friends at hakka mama was good.
