Practically... Not deserve to be a 4 star hotel! Highlights are below! * Beds are small. Two people can't sleep comfortably. With an infant is miserable. * We can't sit peacefully in chairs, as it makes extreme noise like hitting a hammer, when we sit, get up or adjust while sitting! * No intercom details! which number to call something like a restaurant 44, reception 9, house keeping, etc.. * No bucket in bathroom, but it has tap. Not everyone will take a head bath everyday right? No shower caps as well. They provided bucket on request. But should I wait for them to get basic items while I get ready in morning in my holiday? * No dental kit and no shaving kit. On request they've given only one dental kit saying only 1 is ordered and refused to provide two. One tooth brush can be used by two people? For what am I paying for? Without a shaving kit I can adjust. Even a 2 star hotel in Manali gave dental kits and a shaving kit. * No hand towel in the wash basin. Not provided on request they are thinking twice for my request like they are giving from their pockets. * Initially bath room water came with mud and dirt nearly a bucket of water has to be flushed from bath tap to get a clear water! * Importantly the restaurant design is very very bad! Only veg in the basement and non veg + drinks in the roof! We as a family opted for veg + non veg dinner. We were instructed to go to the roof restaurant. While taking steps we sense there is a huge smoking smell coming from the restaurant. Having infants, we all are affected by passive smoking. Smoking smell spread all over the 3rd floor. Worst! * Food tastes good The location is excellent service is fine! But practically not a good hotel! ️ Service: 4
