It was a wonderful experience to stay at saket plaza. Rooms, food quality and staff members are to good. The manager Sanjay ji is very good human being . Services are very good I recommend to other to stay in this hotel with family . You will enjoy a lot Thanks to management and all staff members for making for every thing

This place is not only good for its location, service and food, the room service is quick, restaurant is good in taste and reasonable, food is great, but the entire staff and their generosity and helping nature is what makes it worth every penny spent here. After we checked out from the hotel while waiting for our cab near their parking area, my father was a bit dizzy and had a health concern. Two of the staff Rajesh and a security Bhaiya immediately drove us to the nearest government hospital in emergency. They took care of the procedure to create case paper while the doctor did the initial check up, and made sure to stay with us until the very end and made sure everything was settled. They still asked to callback if needed even after that. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure we got all the necessary help and the situation was stable. No words can justify all the help they provided but I'll still thank each one of the staff who helped us. This kind of hospitality, is rare and can never be taught to anyone, such incidences surely restore the faith in humanity. I will once again thank the entire staff and urge everyone to have a holiday here to feel the hospitality.

During our recent gateway to Mahableshwar we books Club Rooms at Hotel Saket Plaza. Rooms are very neatly maintained and clean. Service staff is very prompt for help and providing needful. Their club rooms are the exact match for our relax gateway. Breakfast spread is also good. Location is bit away from main Mahableshwar market but once you enter the hotel you will love the overall place. Overall very happy about the services provided.
