The service and staff is absolutely pathetic, for a single water bottle they need 2 reminders, I was thirsty for 1 hr than I went out and bought water bottle. For hot water you have to call them twice and in case u want to take bath in the evening or night I'm sorry but as per staff hot water is not available. That's hotel Bella Vista for you However rooms and ambience is pretty good. If u only want room nothing else not even hot water no service, feel free to book this otherwise BIG NO Service: 1
