This is a honest review from my end. Being a regular customer who would go to shiv Sagar every week twice. The service there is pathetic. Not just that. The waiters there have the audacity to ignore a customer who is waiting for a order to be taken. There are 4 waiters on any given day you visit. But while taking the orders not even one will be available. They sit in the ac room and scroll their mobiles instead of helping customers. What can go worst is that though they know about you being a regular customer they choose to ignore you. It's a honest review and about the food it's 3/5 as most of the times you'll find hair or flies in the food. I know even after this review no one will bother to reply or take feedback. To run a restaurant you need dedicated staff who are there to listen and not to send a customer away. I was told to shift my seat twice before I chose to head out of that place. AC doesn't work at all and during peak hours you are forced to sit out in the hall with no AC. PATHETIC SERVICE AND BAD STAFF BEHAVIOUR. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
