Fried chicken items are very good and served hot. Staffs are good. Sitting arrangement is good with nice decorative walls. Location is great. When i order a pizza from hfc Kolaghat, i expect hot and fresh pizza, not a literal fire hazard. Unfortunately, receiving a burning pizza takes the term "piping hot" to a whole new level—and not in a good way. The moment i open the pizza box, instead of the aroma of melted cheese and perfectly baked crust, i received plumes of smoke and the alarming sight of scorched toppings and burnt edges.
