This restaurant is well known for serving Indian cuisine. The feature of Hotel Gunavanti is serving nicely cooked chicken, soup and fish curry. The well-trained staff welcomes guests all year round. Fast service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. Here you will pay reasonable prices. Very good food at a very good price. This place is famous in North Goa so check it out if you're in Morjim Beach. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200

The food was from okay to bad. We had aloo Gobi which tasted Nice. I had the masala which also was okay. My wife had Black Tea that tasted horrible. She had a sizzlers, which was mostly rice and french fries. The small amount of vegetables in the sizzlers where marinated with way too much oil, soja Sauce and sugar. The Curry Fish was miniscule and the Curry sauce I'm not really able to describe. To summarise: the food was edible but after 3 weeks of India this was the most disappointing food thus far. We visited Hotel Gunavanti during our stay, and it was truly a great experience. The best part about this hotel is their food. They serve fresh, tasty, and delicious food with good quantity. You will never feel that you wasted your money here because each dish is worth its price. We ordered food twice during our stay and also packed food for takeaway. Every item was cooked perfectly, tasted amazing, and was served hot. Their quality and taste remain the same whether you dine in or take away, which is very rare to see these days. Another thing I want to mention is Aunty G, who manages everything here. She is very polite, treats every customer like family, and ensures they are satisfied with their food and service. Her warm behaviour makes your experience even better. If I compare this hotel to other nearby restaurants, then Hotel Gunavati is far better than all of them in terms of taste, quality, quantity, and service. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Gunavanti if you are nearby. Do visit once and enjoy their delicious food and humble hospitality. You will feel like you are eating at home.
