I recently had stay for 3 days at Papa Jolly Eco Resort ,The place is beautiful and peaceful but the service is not good .We had trouble in Water supply in our room late night..I informed to Housekeeping ,but it take 2 Hours to shift us into another room ..again in a new room we had trouble with flush tank in bathroom I called housekeeping but no response for 2 hours . While check out I asked the manager to give us discount as we had pay money for per day is not worth it as we had lots of problem during our stay ..he said I have your QR will refund money and the management actually refund us money .So guys you can prefer this resort ..The Manager Mr.Raj is very nice person and stick to his words and you will have all coperation from his side Service: 2

hi!thiis is quite shocking to hear!!as you guys parted we a had Kool convo saying u coming back &all..Yes!!we accept there was a water problem,cus of the overhead tank during the midnight!!but we had upgraded your the room!while parting I asked you to share your QR!!(may be you heard it in a wrong way!!kindly share your QR in a day or two you will get the discount what you asked for!! regards raj director
