However, if you faced any issues, we deeply regret it and will ensure this is looked into thoroughly Charges for Hot Water: We do not charge room guests for hot water. For camping guests, we offer two packages: All-Inclusive Package: Includes all services. Basic Package: Covers only the tent, with optional services charged separately. Given that our property operates on solar power and water is heated manually on stoves, this distinction helps us provide sustainable services.
