The services were very bad, staff was rude and charged extra for everything even for hot water. There is no attached wash room if you plan to stay here and also food was average. Can be avoided for staying purpose. Service: 1

However, if you faced any issues, we deeply regret it and will ensure this is looked into thoroughly Charges for Hot Water: We do not charge room guests for hot water. For camping guests, we offer two packages: All-Inclusive Package: Includes all services. Basic Package: Covers only the tent, with optional services charged separately. Given that our property operates on solar power and water is heated manually on stoves, this distinction helps us provide sustainable services. Awesome place and lovely staff. Worried about comments in washroom on first floor but that is already taken care. All rooms have attached washrooms and Shakti is always approachable. Must visit place Service: 5
