We had booked a table at Grey Cravings on a Friday to celebrate my cousin's 18th birthday. The food was decent, but the management was extremely disappointing. When we were cutting his cake, we had requested the DJ to either play the Happy Birthday track or pause the music for just two minutes, which happens anyways in all restaurants. He refused. Whether he did this himself or was instructed by the manager, we don't know. But the manner in which we were told was dismissive, rude, and completely disrespectful. Even another family, who had been dancing, requested the DJ to stop the music briefly, but they were also ignored. We have never experienced something like this at any establishment before, and the managers did absolutely nothing to address it. They seemed least bothered that they had upset their customers. No genuine apologies either. Safe to say we definitely won't be visiting again, and I would genuinely warn others to avoid it either. Extremely rude and very disappointing.
