There was Rat in the restaurant. Unfortunately we were eating food that time !!! Food is below average and prices are too much. The washrooms were sooo dirty.

This Saturday I visited Altaf Raja night- Worst place ever specially that manager “**** *****” . Had a really disappointing experience at Grey Craving. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional — instead of addressing our concerns politely, he spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. It completely ruined the vibe of our outing. Frankly, does not deserve to be in a role that requires even basic professionalism.Definitely not going back, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values basic courtesy and customer service.Restaurants are about hospitality, and this place failed on that completely. Would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

I visited Grey Cravings for dinner, and it exceeded all expectations. The food is fantastic – from the appetizers to the main course, every dish was cooked to perfection. The live music really takes the experience to another level, adding just the right touch of charm. The cocktails were delightful, too. If you’re in Chembur and looking for a great night with good food, drinks, and music, this is the place to be.
