Global Fusion in Chembur, Mumbai, lives up to its name by offering a sprawling, multi-cuisine buffet experience that aims to take diners on a culinary journey across various Asian and international flavors. Located in the Meraki Arena on Sion Trombay Road, it's a popular choice for those seeking a grand dining experience, often for celebrations or large gatherings. The ambiance at Global Fusion Chembur is typically opulent and spacious, designed to accommodate a large number of guests comfortably. Expect elegant decor with influences of Asian design, often featuring warm lighting and tasteful elements that create a refined atmosphere. It's a place that feels grand, setting the stage for an elaborate meal. The true highlight of Global Fusion is its extensive buffet spread. While there's a strong emphasis on Pan-Asian cuisine, you'll find a wide array of dishes from Japanese (especially their sushi and sashimi bar), Chinese (dim sums, stir-fries), and Thai. The live counters were a special attraction where chefs prepare dishes like Teppanyaki (grilled prawns, fish, chicken) to order, adding an interactive element to the dining. Beyond Asian, there's usually a significant Indian section with popular North Indian favorites like butter chicken, dal makhani, and various paneer dishes, along with biryanis and fresh Indian breads. Some continental options and a generous dessert section, including a variety of pastries and sometimes live jalebi counters, complete the experience. Service, while generally polite, was a bit slow, especially considering the restaurant at full capacity, which is often the case. However, the sheer variety of food usually keeps diners engaged. The cost for two is on the higher side, but for the extensive buffet spread and the overall experience, i would consider it good value, particularly for special occasions. Key Highlights: Vast Buffet Spread: An impressive array of Pan-Asian, Indian, and some international cuisines. Sushi and Sashimi Bar: A major draw for lovers of Japanese cuisine. Live Counters: Interactive cooking stations for Teppanyaki and more. Opulent Ambiance: Spacious and elegantly designed for a grand dining experience. Variety of Desserts: A wide selection to conclude your meal. Service was a bit slow during peak hours. Pricing is on the higher end, though justified by the buffet's scale. I'd definitely recommend booking a table in advance and reach there in time to enjoy the luxurious dining experience. Overall, Global Fusion in Chembur is a destination restaurant for those who enjoy a lavish buffet with a diverse range of high-quality Asian and Indian dishes in a grand setting. It's ideal for a celebratory meal or a feast with family and friends. I'd definitely like to visit again! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+

The service was painfully slow had hardly any variety —The washrooms were filthy, smelly, and honestly disgusting. How can a restaurant be okay with such poor hygiene? Would not recommend unless the quality improves. Definitely not returning anytime soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Great ambiance, polite staff, good food. But we had to wait really long for our starters to be served on our table. Besides there were so much mix ups. They kept bringing wrong starters to us. In spite of a weekday lunch time, the restaurant was totally full and it seemed they were struggling to cope. However, the staff was really trying hard and that's why I have still given 5 star rating. Options are huge and we liked everything we tried. I especially loved that they serve Jasmine tea.
