Greenr Café at Breach Candy exudes a warm, minimalist charm — neutral walls, soft lighting, and a touch of greenery make the space feel airy yet intimate. I settled into their unique stair-like seating, which turned out to be perfect for folding my legs and lounging comfortably while still feeling part of the café’s quiet buzz. I went for the Açai Berry Smoothie Bowl, a vibrant, deep magenta blend topped with crisp apple slices, toasted coconut, granola, nuts, and berries — refreshing, tangy-sweet, and texturally satisfying. Alongside, the Saigon Cold Brew was smooth, subtly spiced, and pleasantly mellow, making it a great counterpoint to the fruity brightness of the bowl. The attitude and service of the staff is something which needs drastic improvement and some training in basic customer service.1. 3-4 tables were occupied. Needed a table for 2 (the regular tables were all occupied) - was refused a table for 4 as that’s meant for larger groups and insisted i sit on the low floor sofas or the community table. This is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this. By the time i left the cafe no new customers had walked in to occupy any large tabled and two middle aged ladies were allowed to occupy a table for 6 without any fuss2. I was trying cassava chips for first time so requested a taster - maybe as I’d experienced a voluntary taster at your Bandra outlet, assumed this branch too would be ok prior to my ordering. The staff refused and we went ahead and ordered anywaysWhile the food and beverages have been fine on every visit it’s the staff service which I’ve always found very rigid and not too welcoming. Nothing wrong in following guidelines but refusing customer a table when it’s anyways empty doesn’t make any sense. Every time i take a large table it’s given under the condition that i will move to another table if another customer walks in - what kind of customer service is that even!
