Khushnuma Ma’am is such a wonderful and kind lady! She always greets customers with a warm smile and makes everyone feel welcome. Her behavior is very polite, and she’s always ready to help with patience and care. The way she manages everything at Monginis shows how dedicated and professional she is. We bought a cake at Monginis (Mazagon Branch) worth ₹400 I don't know which policy they follow to not give knife & candles complimentary with the cake!! Not like there was rush that we'd consider they must have forgotten to put it inside the box! Do you need us to ask for it ?? Isn't it a basic thing to get candles & knife complimentary with a cake ?? Didn't like this service at all.. + though the lady was good at selling the highest range cakes to customers who chose smaller ones, didn't expect this basic sense to be lacking!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600
