Try good tea, it's a must while visiting Gopala Bakery and Confectionary. Guests don't like paneer at this place. The friendly staff welcomes people all year round. Spectacular service is something clients like here. When you enter this place, you notice the cozy atmosphere. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

I bought 10 pieces of sweets named Malai Cham Cham from their Borguri branch today morning around 8:30-9:00 a.m. When I asked if they were fresh, all the staff assured me they were. However, upon eating them at home after just an hour, I found them to be tangy like curd, indicating they were not fresh at all. Given that Malai items spoil quickly, it is clear that these sweets were not properly stored or fresh. This was especially disappointing because they were costly, at 30 per piece. As a modest person, this was a significant expense and a major disappointment for me, particularly as I had served them to my guests. I expected better quality and honesty from Gopala Sweets, and I hope they take steps to ensure their products are genuinely fresh in the future.
