I carry a royal cassata for my father's birthday, And the bread which used in it was too bad, Very bad service Gopal Bakery. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Blueberry Cake, Chocolate Truffle Cakes Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Nothing to say.

Really very bad experience from you guys. First of all cake wasn’t ready at pickup time 5:30. Then wasted 1 hour at shop waiting for the cake and then the cake was delivered at home at 9pm that’s ridiculous and on top of that the cake was not at all according to the picture and instructions given. It says on your instagram account your imagination our art but you can’t even make any closer to what was instructed. I said 4 daughter and a father in center but you made it same as per picture and not per instructions. And most important thing is that it’s a father’s day cake and there was nothing written about it which was asked. There is no detailing at all and then fondant face were felling from the cake. There was a hole on top. I asked to write names on top but they were written on bottom. It was a whole big mess not according to what said but opposite. You guys spoiled the whole mood for father’s day. We didn’t cut your cake we just bought another cake from other shop. We haven’t even tasted your cake yet. Hopefully it will have taste according to rasmalai flavor otherwise that’s not going to be good either. Really really bad experience.
