I recently dined at Golden dragon restaurant, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting aroma set the tone for what was to come. The menu had a great mix of classic Indo-Chinese favorites and some unique signature dishes, which made choosing a bit difficult — but in the best way! The absolute star of the meal was their bamboo rice. It was beautifully aromatic, perfectly cooked, and infused with subtle earthy flavors that made every bite comforting and satisfying. The texture was just right — fluffy yet slightly firm — and it paired wonderfully with the accompanying gravies. It’s definitely a must-try dish here. Another standout was the patra chicken. Tender pieces of chicken were marinated to perfection, wrapped and cooked with rich spices that delivered a burst of flavor in every bite. The balance of heat, tanginess, and smokiness was impressive. It was flavorful without being overpowering, and you could tell it was prepared with care. The service was attentive and friendly, with staff happy to recommend dishes and check in at the right moments. Portions were generous, presentation was appealing, and the overall value for money was excellent. If you’re a fan of Indo-Chinese cuisine or simply looking to try something a little different, this place is definitely worth a visit. I’ll certainly be going back for another round of that incredible bamboo rice and patra chicken!
