Very disappointing experience at Richie Rich restaurant near Sargam Shopping Centre. The service and management are extremely poor. We waited for almost 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and when we politely asked about the waiting time, the staff at the cash counter responded rudely and even raised their voice.
