I had the pleasure of staying at Gokulam Grand Resort and Spa Kumarakom for two nights, and the experience was absolutely incredible. From the beautifully designed rooms to the delicious food, breathtaking scenery, and serene backwaters, everything exceeded my expectations. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Each team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make us feel welcomed. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made the experience all the more special. This was undoubtedly the best stay and experience one can have in India. The best customer service I’ve ever received from a hotel. All staff went well above and beyond for all of my requests. The rooms were so clean and so nice with private pool and a larger Infinity pool loads of activities such as kayaking pedal boating and cruises at sunset. Also really enjoyed the evening Chai hour and the buffet food was fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. Could not fault. It was an outstanding experience and highly recommend. The resort is the finest option to select in Kumarakom. Very surprisingly the North Indian food is excellent. The breakfast spread is full of all kinds of options. Also the hospitality of all the staff require special mention. The resort has so many activities included in the stay package. One point of note: the mattress can be a little better. It was too soft for my liking. Service: 5
