Gokum Veg Restaurant is a fantastic vegetarian dining spot! We arrived after 3 PM and found the restaurant quite busy, but we only had to wait about five minutes for a table to become available. All the thali dishes we ordered were excellent, fresh and flavorful. We also requested a non-spicy noodle dish, and it was prepared just as we asked. The service was very good. For four people, our bill was under 1000 rupees, which is a great value considering the quality of the food. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious vegetarian cuisine! Absolute heaven for vegetarians ! I have been in Kerala for the past two years and finally found this veg heaven on my recent trip to Thekaddy! The food is very delicious and I am sure you will end up eating more than planned for . That’s for me is good food. We ordered Aloo Baigan and roti - it was delightful. In beverages we ordered lemon soda and a buttermilk and it was very refreshing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The owner has such kind gestures when it comes to serving their customers.
