I will rate this restaurant as best. Food is incredibly delicious and also the restaurant teams are very cordial and supportive. Tried thier butter chicken premium thali it was great Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Well I really liked the food there. Had an entire day of meal from here. The only problem is the seating here rest all good Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I had visited the HSR Layout outlet opposite to Zudio today and had bought a can of Coca Cola to sit and drink at their ground floor self service/ take away area. The bill amount came upto INR 74 and I made the payment via google pay and proceeded to sit and finish drinking the coke at the restaurant while catching up with my family over phone. Once done consuming the beverage, I proceeded to head out of the restaurant when I was informed by the lady at the cashier desk that they had not received the amount. I quickly checked my gpay to verify it and it showed me that the transaction is completed. I requested them to take down the Transaction number and check with their finance team as to whether they have received it or not. That's when one other staff member came in to the conversation and demanded that I pay the amount again otherwise he won't let me go. I repeated myself and asked him to cross verify with the finance team on the transaction number and I was willing to wait till they get a confirmation. But the man was adamant and proceeded to tell me that this transaction will get refunded to me within 2 to 3 days and that they will not receive the money, despite it showing me as completed on my gpay app. I suggested to call the cops and initially the man agreed after which he started misbehaving with me and threatening me that I could not leave the place without making a new transaction. There were bystandars and guests at the restaurant who were witness to the fact that I had my voice tonality way below that of the staff personnel who identified himself as the manager but did not share his name with me. Just wanted to highlight this because a simple 5 to 10 min break that I wanted to take in a hot sunny afternoon turned out to ruin my entire day and unnecessarily cause harassment. Then when the staff member realised that everyone was watching us and that he is probably incorrect in the approach with the situation and the way he handled it he turned to the cashier and asked her to put it on his tab and asked me to leave, only to follow me to where I had parked my bike, take a picture of me and my bike and threaten me again saying if he didn't see the money from that transaction in 24 hours he will call me and demand the same. In case the higher ups at the Imperio group are interested to take down the transaction ID, I'm more than willing to help them but this sort of staff behaviour is not acceptable. Unfortunately for me today, I had a terrible experience and I would definitely not want to revisit the same outlet again. Service: 1
