We've been ordering cakes from this shop for the past 3 years, and they have never disappointed us! The quality is always top-notch, and the taste is absolutely amazing. We recently ordered another cake, and once again, we loved it! Soft, fresh, and full of flavor – exactly what we were hoping for. I order everytime my son’s birthday cake from this place. Until last year it was very nice and tasty but this year I had a very very disappointing experience. Neither was the cake food enough nor the service. The customized cake which I had asked for was not fulfilled they gave me just a basic cake. Also the creme used was very low quality. The Color was very difficult to remove from the hand. Never expected this kind of service and taste from a place which was once my very favourite for the past decade. In response there was just a sorry message neither they apologised sincerely nor they compensate any amount for me. I am a regular customer of Happy endings since 2015! German chocolate cake is to die for. The taste and quality of the cake and cream is so good and fresh.
