Right from the food to service everything is below average.Went on for lunch on Friday, the servers and waiters would take long to turn up, provide basics like napkin and cutlery.The sushi was dry and tasteless…nothing pleasing in the sushi.The only saving grace were a couple of starters.And don’t know why the dessert plates and bowls were being washed by hand by a staff member right at the dessert counter.The washrooms totally abandoned, uncleaned and in one of them the lock was damaged.Not worth spending 1550+

I have been your customer for last 15 years, however the food experience at Atria mall was very disappointing. The food quality was very bad, no taste in the preparation, it’s just mass quantity being offered. Unless you improve your food quality you will have customers reducing .

This was our first visit at Global Fusion Worli after having been to the Saki Naka one more than 15 times. The place was absolutely filthy. The washroom was dirty and not maintained, the bottle that was serving water was dirty and when we went to have the mains, there was an insect in the pasta. After complaining to one of the managers, he told us it was burnt basil????Horrible ambience, horrible hygiene and ended the night with horrible service as well with the manager’s refusal to accept fault. Go to some other Global Fusion, this one’s not worth it
