Absolutely pathetic service. When the restaurant is super packed, it is the restaurant's responsibility to be well equipped. We received a table at the corner where no proper attention was given to us, when asked about their slow service the excuse given to us - aaj bahut crowd hain, bahut busy hain sab Tables were uncleaned, and the starters we asked were not served to us, we had to repeatedly remind them for the same. Never going to visit their worli branch evee again..Paise toh full lete hain toh service mie compromise kyu?

This was our first visit at Global Fusion Worli after having been to the Saki Naka one more than 15 times. The place was absolutely filthy. The washroom was dirty and not maintained, the bottle that was serving water was dirty and when we went to have the mains, there was an insect in the pasta. After complaining to one of the managers, he told us it was burnt basil????Horrible ambience, horrible hygiene and ended the night with horrible service as well with the manager’s refusal to accept fault. Go to some other Global Fusion, this one’s not worth it
