I recently dined at Global Barbeque and I must say, the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, polite, and prompt in addressing our needs, which made the dining experience pleasant in terms of hospitality. However, the quality of the food left much to be desired. Several dishes tasted off, as if they weren't fresh. It was disappointing to find that some items seemed old, which significantly affected the overall flavor and enjoyment of the meal. It's unfortunate that despite the good service, the food did not meet expectations. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure all dishes are fresh and flavorful. A bit more attention to the quality of the food could make a significant difference in the dining experience.
