I’ve been a regular customer at Cream Stone and have always enjoyed their ice creams, but this visit was quite disappointing. I ordered a small Chatpat Guava, yet was billed for a regular. When I questioned it, the staff casually said that after 10 PM, small sizes aren’t available. If that’s true, it should be clearly mentioned or removed from the menu instead of misleading customers. After a long argument, they finally billed me for the small size — but by then, the joy of having ice cream was gone. I even returned it and left disappointed. I expected better honesty and professionalism from Cream Stone. Sadly, this experience changed my opinion of the brand. Charging extra and making customers argue for what’s right isn’t how a trusted business should operate. Attaching a photo of the ice cream I had to return — even after paying for it.
