Avoid at All Costs - Rude Staff & Unethical Practices "I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the appalling service I experienced at The Glass Houze in Shillong. From the moment we arrived, we were met with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude from the staff. * Discriminatory Treatment: It became blatantly obvious that we were treated differently from local patrons, who seemed to receive preferential treatment and far better service. * Unethical Practices: We witnessed questionable practices, they even encouraged and allowed their friend customers to show all disrespect towards us. * Brought Wrong Order & Aggressive Arguments: To add insult to injury, they brought us the wrong order. When we politely questioned this, we were met with aggressive arguments and a complete lack of apology. * Unprofessionalism: The staff were not only rude but also unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills and empathy. I strongly advise against dining at The Glass Houze. Their unethical behavior, disrespectful treatment of customers, and inability to rectify their mistakes are unacceptable.
