Take your friends with you and have tasty rice noodles, fried vegetables and vegetable noodles. Being at this place, try good biscuits, chocolate roll and lemon dessert. Its just happened for be July 2nd, a few days after GST was introduced and for the entire duration of our lunch gave benefit of doubt to the restaurant, however, it was a horrible mistake not walking out of the restaurant.
Airconditioning - Not working
Staff - Not available; Chef doubling as General Manager
Attitude - We understand that restaurants run out of dishes, however it just was a super bad day...no dumplings, no beer, no tea, no coffee (all on the menu) and then attitude from the chef that this place is not a coffee shop. Wasn't just a polite context and apology adequate to make us understand. Damn the attitude....!!!
Food - Nothing that we ordered or wanted was available; eventually what we ordered was decent, no complaints, however, definitely not tempting to visit again
Taste - Justifies the 1 we gave; if you don't serve dimsums/ momo's at a pan asian fine dine (irrespective of the reason! its a utter dissapointment)
Decor - Who cares when management is pathetic
Price - included 18% GST and service charge; we insisted on not paying the service charge. However, AC restaurant, AC non functional and you still pay 18% tax...
Service crew - Very polite and good at their job, we did tip them for efficiency
Would have thought about going again if they had handled the situation well, however, this is off my list forever! Adios Ginger Tiger
