Not a 24 hour cafe. Was directed to the cafe by the front desk executive, then a server moved me to an adjacent cafe, stating this one closed. I was given a menu with a section called 'Round the Clock', then another server came to take my order. He told me the kitchen is closed. Maybe his colleagues don't know. Maybe the hours of operation listed are incorrect. Or maybe the chef had a wild Friday night, ha ha.
