THE CONE I WAS SENT IS EXTREMELY BURNT. THIS RESTAURANT JUST WANTS TO DISCARD ITS DEFECTIVE ITEMS ON ONLINE ORDERS WHERE IT KNOWS NO ONE CAN COMPLAIN. AND NO, IT IS NOT A CHOCOLATE WAFFLE CONE, IT IS JUST A SIMPLE PLAIN BURNT WAFFLE CONE. IF ANYONE SUGGESTS IT IS CHOCOLATE, THEY SHOULD TRY AND UNDERSTAND THAT IS HOW BADLY THEY HAVE BURNT THE CONE.
