most of the time, the ice cream tubs aren't factory sealed and are hand-scooped tubs. So you pay but you don't get what you ordered. Yesterday, I ordered 3 vanilla tubs, but I was forced to pay for the 4-litre carton which came with the price tag torn off. The fruit and nut ice cream tub was tampered and is just whipped cream and not ice cream. When you franchise your brand without checking the credibility of the franchisees, you lose your credibility. I am yet to open the other tubs. Let's see what's in store
