Got a cake made from Cuppa Cafe for my husband’s birthday and honestly, it turned out way beyond my expectations! I had just shared a reference image with him(funny enough, it was generated by ChatGPT) and they recreated it exactly the way I wanted. The little details, colors, everything was spot on and even better in real. Super happy with how it came out and it made his birthday extra special. My husband loved it.Totally recommend them if you’re looking for creative and perfect custom cakes! This time the fresh fruit cake was not upto the mark I don't know if its the restaurant fault or zomato delivery boys fault. But all the fruits were dropped in the box please refer to my pictures

I have been a regular customer of Cuppa Cake, ordering 2–3 cakes every month. However, this time I had a disappointing experience. Over the phone, the staff confirmed a 10% discount, but when the cake was delivered, they refused to honor it, saying the staff member who offered it had left the job. They also mentioned additional late-night charges, which were never communicated earlier. This is not a professional way to deal with loyal customers. Why promise a discount before delivery and then deny it afterward?
