Visited this hotel this week and it was good. The food was delicious, and the ambience was nice. The service was a bit slow. The waiters were very polite. Uncooked or partially grilled chicken served! When asked, waiter assured that the meat was taken out after about 5 hours of grilling and denied to take it back. Upon closer look, I could find that the blood started oozing right from the bones and joints of the grilled chicken they served. After a long wait and conversation with different personals, the uncooked/partially grilled chicken was taken back. Irresponsible waiters and management. Very tasty and healthy food @ nagercoil town non other than Gerizim hotel.
