My life worst experience came on 24 Feb last.... I had booked banquet for 150 pax , and paid in full (after concession amount ) to the booking agent. To be sure I asked for a confirmation and the agent announced that... yes sir, banquet part is clear, but decor part remains (which was paid separately). But on the appointed evening they stopped opening our dinner. On enquiry the floor manager said that an outstanding amount of ₹75.. remains balance. I was taken aback and tried to put things right but..... I paid them then & their.... and then meal started after half an hour behind the schedule, and by then over a dozen guest had already exited. Service: 3

Pathetic Food. Average ambience. I attend this hotel regularly because my office has meeting here . And trust me the food is terrible and during metting not bottle collect. Zero starts..
