Visit this place and taste Indian cuisine. The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is courteous. Spectacular service is something clients agree upon here. You will definitely like the pretty atmosphere and fancy decor. But google users rated Shamiana and it didn't gain a high rating.

Hi !! My name is Aakash .. Today I went to TAJ City centre Patna for having a fine dine as it was my wife’s birthday . Unfortunately my experience was very bad .I would like to mention all the drawbacks I noticed which I have never noticed in the same hotel but at different States . 1. Service was very poor which was not at all acceptable at a place like TAJ .None of the staffs were attending my table no 25 properly , don’t know the reason why … 2. After calling again and again the service staffs were coming which is common for all Restraunt’s .. than what is the use of going TAJ !! 3. For billing and packing my left over food they took more than 25 min …which clearly shows the poor staff capability . 4. It was a special day for my wife so I requested the staffs present for arranging a small cake ( for which I would have paid also if they would have asked ).. but even after telling again and again for more than 5 times they just assured that they will do but it didn’t came to my table till the time I was there . At last i left the place without any celebration or a small cake cutting which was horrible for me . I have decided not to visit TAJ PATNA again ever .Even a small Restraunt will give a better service than what I experienced today . It was totally a nightmare for me . Our recent dining experience at Shamiana Restaurant, located in the Taj City Centre, was exceptional. The ambiance of the restaurant was both luxurious and inviting, providing a calm and elegant setting that perfectly complemented the meal. Every detail, from the soft lighting to the refined decor, made for a delightful dining environment. One of the highlights of our visit was the impeccable service provided by Kumar Gaurav. His hospitality was outstanding; he attended to our needs with genuine warmth and efficiency, ensuring that we felt truly welcomed. It’s rare to find such attentive service, and his professionalism certainly enhanced our overall experience. The food was another major highlight. Each dish was carefully prepared, reflecting the quality and creativity one expects from the Taj. The flavors were rich, ingredients fresh, and every plate was beautifully presented, showcasing both traditional and contemporary culinary techniques. We were impressed by the variety on the menu, as well as the chef’s ability to cater to our specific tastes. Overall, Shamiana exceeded our expectations. With its inviting atmosphere, excellent food, and attentive service, it’s a restaurant we would love to revisit.
